My first shot at making gaiters. ...I don't think I'll make another pair that tall 
...Or another pair out of artist's canvas, for that matter. But hey, man, if it rains, those suckers will be like WATER? WHAT WATER? ...But I might end up modifying them, so that they aren't quite so pointy. I made another pair that was rounded and I like the look a bit better.
They do look fantabulous, though. I feel like a no-account country rake when I wear them X3
